In this role, he holds several board mandates within the AMMEGA Group.<\/p><p>Mac has over 23 years of industry experience.<\/p><p>Mac came to the AMMEGA Group from Outokumpu, Finland, a world-leading stainless-steel supplier, where he headed the Business Area Europe as well as Global R&amp;D and Operational Excellence.<\/p><p>Prior to Outokumpu, Mac served at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, as Senior Vice-President of the Steering Europe division, headquartered in Germany.<\/p><p>Prior to ZF Group, Mac served in several capacities at TRW Automotive, a leading supplier of automotive safety systems. His final role with them was as Vice-President of the company\u2019s Steering Europe division, headquartered in Dusseldorf. His previous position was as Operations Director in England. He was also a legal representative of TRW Automotive at HEMA TRW Otomotiv Direksiyon Sistemleri, Turkey. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Group Executive Committee.<\/p><p>Prior to the formation of the AMMEGA Group, Cem held key roles for the Megadyne Group, including that of Chief Executive Officer of Turkey, the Middle East and Africa from 2013; Chief Executive Officer of Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and India from 2017; and Chief Executive Officer of EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) from 2018.<\/p><p>Cem joined the Megadyne Group from Rultrans A.S., where he rose to become Managing Director.
